Intellectual Property

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, Coldpistol Productions LLC retains ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, and methods. Rights to finished deliverables (e.g., edited masters, graded files) are granted only as set forth in your project contract. Client-provided assets remain the client’s property.

Media Production Services

Our services may include development, production, post-production, finishing, and related creative support. Schedules depend on approvals, location access, talent availability, weather, and third-party platforms. Payment milestones, cancellation terms, and revision rounds are defined in your estimate or agreement. We do not guarantee specific view counts, awards, distribution deals, or revenue outcomes.

Accounts & Access

If we provide portals, review links, or shared storage, you agree to supply accurate contact information and to safeguard credentials. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

Third-Party Services

Production often involves rentals, music libraries, stock footage, cloud review tools, and distribution platforms. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their terms; we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or policies.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our website or decline future projects where required by law or for non-payment or material breach, subject to your signed agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coldpistol Productions LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms and any dispute arising from our services or website are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you consent to the jurisdiction of courts located in Missouri for claims that belong there.
